USING STAND UP COMEDY TO BUILD SKILLS

Student Workshops

(Grade 7-12)

Using stand up comedy as a basis, lan's workshop allows students to work on curriculum expectation in literacy and communication. 

In a small group setting, each student will have the opportunity to work on confidence building, develop their literacy skills and learn to become a better story-teller and speaker. 

This workshop also allows students to capitalize on their strengths and differences and use laughter, creativity and confidence as a method for engagement and as a tool to manage their individual mental health and wellness.
